Log in to your Epoch Times Account
Learn how to log in to your Epoch Times account and access your subscription on a web browser or on The Epoch Times mobile app.

Change or Reset Your Password
Note: If you use your Google or Apple account credentials to access your Epoch Times account, you can change your password through Google or Apple. Then log in to your Epoch Times account using your new login credentials. Select the Continue with Google/Apple login option moving forward.

Reset Your Password
To reset your password, enter the email address associated with your Epoch Times account in the Epoch Times login window and take the following steps:
- Select “Forgot your password?”
- Check your email inbox for the password reset email. Note: If you do not see the reset email come through in a few minutes, check your junk/spam folders.
- Follow the instructions in the email.
- If you cannot locate a password reset email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you use Gmail, check your Promotions folder.
- If you are still unable to find your password reset email, call or chat with Customer Service for assistance
Change Your Password
To change your Epoch Times account password, take the following steps:
- Log in to your Epoch Times account.
- If you are not directed to your account page, click on your name in the top right hand corner of the home page.
- Under the Profile section of your Account page, select Edit (next to Password).
- Enter your new password, confirm your new password.
- Select “SAVE”
Once you change your password, you will be logged out and will need to log in using the new password.
Change Your Email Address
You can change the email address associated with your Epoch Times account in the profile section.
- Log in to your Epoch Times account.
- Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the page if you are not redirected to your Account page directly.
- In the Profile section of your Account page, select Edit (next to Email).
- Enter your new email, and a verification link will be sent to that inbox.
If you cannot change your email address after following these steps, please contact Customer Service.
Email Verification
- Log in to your Epoch Times account.
- Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the page if you are not redirected to your Account page directly.
- Click "Verify my account" to verify your email.
- Click "Verify email address" in the email we sent you to complete verification process.
If verification is successful, you will see a green icon () next to your email address.

Change display name for posting comments
- Log in to your Epoch Times account.
- If you are not directed to your account page, click on your name in the top right hand corner of the home page.
- Navigate to the “Account” section of your account.
- In the Account section of your Account page, select the blue Edit button in the upper right corner.
- Your display name will be whatever you enter into the "First Name" and "Last Name" fields. You can enter a space for the "Last Name" field if you'd prefer it to be blank.
- After changing your display name, click "Save."
